Dragon Models (DML) MIB3 (Men In Black III) 1/6th scale Will Smith as Agent J 12-inch Figure

Men in Black 3 (stylized as MIB3 and alternately spelled Men in Black III) is a 2012 American 3D science fiction comedy film and the third installment in the Men in Black film series based on Lowell Cunningham's The Men in Black comic book series. The Men in Black are a secret organization that monitors and suppresses paranormal activity on Earth (which includes aliens, demons, mutants, and other extraterrestrial life), while keeping the populace ignorant of its happenings.

Frank the Pug is a fictional character from the movie Men in Black, its sequel, its animated series, and the video game MIB: Alien Crisis. Within the films, Frank has the appearance of a normal pug dog, but he is actually an extraterrestrial in disguise (a Remoolian). Frank is played in both movies by a trained pug named Mushu with Tim Blaney providing his voice in the first two movies, the series, and the video game. Frank the Pug doesn't appear in the third film. However, his photo can be seen hung in Agent J's home.

Dragon Models Limited has released a set of 12-inch figures as a movie tie-in with the release of the Men in Black 3 film in Hong Kong. The figures released are Agent J, Agent K, Agent K (1969) and Boris the Animal.

Dragon Models (DML) MIB3 (Men In Black III) 1/6th scale Agent J 12-inch Figure comes with 1/6th scale life-like head sculpt of Will Smith as Agent J, 12-inch NEO 3 body, extra pair of hands, white shirt, black tie and suit (including belt and pants) with shoes, shades, Neuralyzer, cell phone, taser, time stop watch, Frank the pug dog, and figure display stand.

Frank the Pug is an extra-terrestrial living on Earth in NYC in the disguise of a pug. His actual species is Remoolian. He is voiced by Tim Blaney in the films.

Frank only has a brief role in the first movie, where he is working at a newspaper stand in New York, and provides information to Kay about the Arquillian galaxy.

Frank has a larger role in the second movie and becomes Jay's partner, but proves only to be a nuisence, terrorizing other MIB personel, and joking around during missions.

As mentioned, besides Frank the Pug, other accessories include shades, Neuralyzer, cell phone, taser, time stop watch and figure display stand.

A neuralyzer wipes the memory of a target or witness, putting them under a hypnotic state, making them susceptible to suggestion and implantation of false memories. The length of memory erased can be changed using buttons and dials.

In order for the agents to not be affected by the flash, they wear Ray-Ban sunglasses that reflect the rays. After being neuralyzed, the agents have about 30 seconds to supply new memories to replace the ones they've just erased. If there are more witnesses to neuralyze, or of they are pressed for time, a special team is sent in to supply memories.

Agent J: "I make these look GOOD!"

In 1996, Will Smith starred as part of an ensemble cast in Roland Emmerich's Independence Day. The film was a massive blockbuster, becoming the second highest grossing film in history at the time and establishing Smith as a prime box office draw. A year later, Will Smith struck gold again in the summer of 1997 alongside Tommy Lee Jones in the summer hit "Men in Black" playing Agent J.

Not much is known of the life of James Darrell Edwards III prior to being recruited to MIB. His appearance as a small child in 1969 in Men in Black 3 would place his year of birth in the mid-1960s.

His MIB career starts out when, as NYPD officer James Edwards, he runs down a swift, wall-climbing alien on foot. When MIB Agent K notices his potential, he recruits him into the MIB.

At first, Edwards is suspicious, but he decides to join. He is registered as Agent Jay and his energetic, enthusiastic attitude brings humor to a bland organization.

MiB agents wear suits as their primary uniform. All their clothes including the jacket, pants, and leather shoes are all black, hence the name Men in Black. This suits are worn so that when they "neuralyze" a victim, they won't leave any lasting impression or image. These suits were described as "the last suit [an MiB agent] will ever wear", and in the films and television series, these suits are always worn and the agents are all seen wearing them at all times.
